PORK

 

Our succulent pork is carefully selected from our free range herd of Saddleback and Berkshire pigs. The pigs are housed in family groups,kept in ancient woodland with access to natural ponds and are fed a GM free,natural diet, giving the meat a distinctive flavour.

 

Meat is available fresh or frozen.

 

Individual joints prepared to your specification, on or off the bone, including French trimmed loins for those special occasions

SEMI CURED CHORIZO

 

As we holiday in Spain each year, we have developed a love of chorizo and decided to make our own. Using a specialist, award-winning local company, we developed our own semi-cured chorizo, which has proved extremely popular. This versitile product freezes happily and, once defrosted, has a shelf life of 28 days. Fried until crisp and served with fresh tomatoes on French bread, it must surely be the ultimate snack? Packed in twos or fours, we have stock available now. Larger catering packs also available.

 

ORDER NOW FOR EASTER MEAT AND HAMS

 

We are now taking orders for meat for Easter, including hams. These are cured in organic sea salt and a special blend of sugars and spices. They are then hung to mature for 21 days giving them a distinct flavour.

 

BEEF

 

Our first forray into beef has been such an overwhelming success that we have recently taken delivery of two locally bred Sussex steers. These will be ready towards the end of 2016. We still have a small amount of the highly prized, delicious Dexter beef that we produced just before Christmas. Please contact us to check on remaining availability.
